Custom Websites · Next.js, Sanity & Tailwind CSS
A website you’re proud to share.
You’ve worked hard to build your business. Your website should show it: beautiful, fast, easy to update, and found by the people and the AI tools looking for what you do. We build it together, start to finish.
Recent work
Real sites.
Real businesses.
Vacation rentals, a music venue, a plumber, a tea cart and a tennis travel company. Each one designed around the business, not a template.

Quick check
Do you need an
AI-ready website?
If you answer yes to two or more of these, your site is costing you customers.
- Your site takes more than three seconds to load on a phone.
- You avoid editing it because something always breaks.
- ChatGPT or Google’s AI doesn’t mention you when someone asks for what you do.
- You pay for plugins, updates and security fixes just to keep it running.
- It looks dated next to your competitors.
The tools
A modern stack,
in plain English.
You don’t need to know any of this to own the site. Here’s what each piece does for you.
- Next.js
Speed
The framework behind sites like Nike and Netflix. Pages are built ahead of time, so they load almost instantly and Google rewards them for it.
- Sanity
Editing
A clean editor for your text, photos, pages and blog posts. Change anything yourself without touching the design.
- Tailwind CSS
Design
A custom look built for your brand, not a theme. Consistent on every page and every screen size.
- Vercel
Hosting
Your site is served from data centers around the world. No server to patch, no plugins to update, nothing to hack.
What I build
The right site
for the job.
Every site is custom designed, works on every phone, and comes with a blog and AI-search setup built in.
One page, one goal.
A single focused page that moves visitors to one action: call, book or fill in a form. Ideal for a launch or an ad campaign.
Your whole business, clearly told.
Services, about, reviews, photo galleries and contact, built for local service businesses and growing teams.
A blog that brings in search traffic.
Every site includes a blog in Sanity. Write it yourself, or let me handle it on a monthly plan.
Sell online.
A custom storefront with Shopify handling checkout, so payments, inventory and shipping stay simple and secure.
Book direct.
Rental sites with live availability and booking from OwnerRez. See vacation rental sites.
A site that answers back.
Add an assistant that answers guest and customer questions the way you would. See AI agents.
Moving off WordPress
From old WordPress
to modern.
I’ll turn your old WordPress site into a modern website, and bring every page, post and photo with it.
- Slow to load, especially on phones
- Plugin and theme updates every month
- A page builder that breaks when you edit
- A constant target for hackers
- Hard for AI search to read
- Loads almost instantly, everywhere
- No plugins to update
- Edit text and photos without breaking the design
- No login page or database for hackers to attack
- Structured so ChatGPT and Google’s AI can recommend you
Your rankings are protected: every old address is mapped before launch and redirected to its new page, so the traffic you’ve earned carries over.
Before we design
Five questions
your site must answer.
Visitors and AI tools both decide in seconds. Every page I build answers these clearly.
- 01
Who are you?
Your business, in one clear line.
- 02
What do you offer?
Your services or products, named plainly.
- 03
How are you different?
What sets you apart from the business down the road.
- 04
Why choose you?
Reviews, results and proof.
- 05
How do I reach you?
One obvious next step: call, book or ask.

FAQ
Custom websites,
explained.
Projects are fixed-price, quoted after your free Growth Plan. Start here or book a call.
01Why not just use WordPress?
WordPress still works for some sites, and I still maintain WordPress sites for clients. But it needs constant plugin updates, slows down as it grows, and is a common target for hackers. A Next.js site has none of those problems, and it's easier for AI search to read.
02Can I still edit the site myself?
Yes. Text, photos, pages and blog posts are edited in Sanity, a simple editor. You can't break the design by changing a headline.
03Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the move is done right. Every page, post and image is mapped before launch and old addresses are redirected to their new pages. Rankings can wobble for a few weeks after any move, so I watch them for 30 days after launch.
04What is an AI-ready website?
A site built so AI tools can understand it: content readable without running scripts, structured facts about your business, an llms.txt summary, and forms an AI agent can use. It helps you show up when people ask ChatGPT or Google's AI for what you do.
05What does it cost?
Every project is fixed-price, quoted after your free Growth Plan, so you know the full cost before anything starts. Monthly plans for hosting, blogging and SEO are on the pricing page.
06How long does it take?
Most small business sites take 3 to 6 weeks, depending on how many pages you have and how much content is moving across.
