01Are you part of OwnerRez?
No. Creative Edge is an independent agency on OwnerRez's designer list. I work inside OwnerRez accounts every week, but I'm not OwnerRez and don't speak for them.
02Can I keep my WordPress site?
Yes. OwnerRez works with WordPress through its plugin and widgets. If you want a faster, fully custom site, I can build one in Next.js that reads OwnerRez directly.
03Will my website and OwnerRez stay in sync?
Yes. OwnerRez stays the source of truth for homes, rates and availability. The website reads from it, so a change in OwnerRez shows up on the site without double entry.
04Is the AI assistant safe to use?
The connection is read-only, so it can look up bookings and totals but can't change anything in OwnerRez. You choose who can use it.
05Can you move me from another system?
Yes. The Switch Kit moves you from Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify or Airbnb-only, including your future reservations, channels and guest message templates.
06What does OwnerRez cost?
OwnerRez prices by the number of homes and has no booking fees. Check ownerrez.com for current pricing. My packages are billed separately.
