These terms cover your use of creativeedgemediagroup.com, run by Creative Edge Media Group (“I,” “me”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Using this site
You’re welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please don’t try to break the site, send spam through its forms, or copy large parts of it to pass off as your own.
2. The free Growth Plan and website audit
The Growth Plan and audit are free, with no obligation to buy anything. They’re my honest professional opinion based on what I can see at the time. You’re free to use the advice yourself, give it to someone else, or ask me to help.
3. Paid work
Paid projects and monthly plans are agreed in writing, through a proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price and timing. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
- Monthly plans are month to month unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Ad spend and third-party software (such as hosting, OwnerRez or ad platforms) are billed separately by those companies.
- Prices on this site can change. The price in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.
4. Results
Google, AI tools and ad platforms decide what they show, and they change their rules often. I can’t guarantee rankings, a mention in an AI answer, or a specific number of leads or bookings. What I promise is careful work and honest reports on what’s moving.
5. Case studies and numbers
Client results on this site are real and come from sources such as Google Search Console and Google Ads. They show what happened for that business. Your results will depend on your market, your offer and many other things.
6. Who owns what
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Creative Edge Media Group, except client names, logos and screenshots, which belong to those clients and are shown with permission. Ownership of work I create for you is set out in your agreement.
7. Links and affiliate links
This site links to other websites I don’t control. Some links, such as the OwnerRez free trial link, are affiliate links: I may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. They’re labeled where they appear.
8. Limits on responsibility
The site and its free resources are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Creative Edge Media Group isn’t responsible for losses that come from using this site or acting on its free information. Responsibility for paid work is covered by your agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
10. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
