You're on the calendar.

Check your email. The confirmation has your date and time, a link to add it to your calendar, and reschedule and cancel links if something changes. If it hasn't arrived in a minute or two, look in promotions or spam.

What happens next

1

Confirmation email

It's already sent. Date, time, and a link to add the call to your calendar. Reschedule and cancel links are in there too, so you never have to email me to move it. Everything you need for the call is in that email.

2

I look at your site first

Before we talk I go through the website address you gave me. Speed, structure, how it reads on a phone, whether search engines can actually find it. So we skip the part where you describe your site to me.

3

Fifteen minutes, and I keep to it

We cover where you're losing leads, what it would take to fix, roughly what it costs, and how long. You'll leave with a clear next step whether you hire me or not.

Before we talk

Two things that make the call better

If you skipped the website address when you booked, reply to the confirmation email with it and I'll take a look before we speak.

And have one answer ready: if you could only fix one thing about your website, what would it be? That question tends to be the whole call.

While you wait

Something to read first

These are the things we usually end up talking about. Worth a scroll if you've got a few minutes before the call.
